Prior Shipping

For itemsĀ imported from oversea you will receive aĀ confirmation email (photos of the items you ordered included) before shipment. Your CONFIRMATION (CONSENT-TO-SHIP) reply is REQUIREDĀ for your order to ship.Ā Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.Ā Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

No pre-shipment photos are provided for in-stock items.Ā

Shipping Times

After your order has been successfully placed,Ā we will start processing it.Ā Custom orders may take up to 20 business days to make.Ā TheĀ processing time for Non-custom ordersĀ is between 3 to 7 business days andĀ delivery usually takes less than 2 weeks inside CanadaĀ depending on your location.Ā Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.Ā

Damages

If you see the packageĀ seriously damaged PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE and ask for a return (without any extra fee), orĀ file a claim immediately withĀ the shipment carrierĀ and then report to us so we can helpĀ resolveĀ the issue.Ā
