    Shipping

    Prior Shipping

    For items imported from oversea you will receive an email attached with photos of the items you ordered before shipment.

    No pre-shipment photos are provided for in-stock items.

    Shipping Time

    Custom orders may take up to 20 business days to make. The processing time is between 3 to 7 business days and delivery usually takes less than 2 weeks inside Canada depending on your location.

    Care

    • Use mild shampoo to wash the hair and let it dry naturally.  DO NOT use a hair dryer. 
    • Clean the body after each use w/ mild shower foam. DO NOT submerge the head or neck under water. 
    • Apply baby powder when the skin becomes sticky or oily. 
    • Dress up (avoid dark colours clothes) to keep them clean. 
    • Move them with caution, avoid dropping or bumping.
    • Store in a lying or hanging position to extend the materials life.
